John Cherry
Dr John Cherry is Chair of Space Life Sciences for the Australasian Society of Aerospace Medicine and a member of the Australian Space Agency’s Technical Advisory Group on Applied Space Medicine and Life Sciences. He is a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine and has previously worked for NASA and the European Space Agency supporting healthcare of astronauts aboard the International Space Station. He holds a position as a Senior Lecturer in Space Medicine at the University of Tasmania and has recently returned from a deep field expedition with the Australian Antarctic Program where he works as an Antarctic Medical Practitioner and Field Leader.
